Greg Newsome brings 30 years of industry experience to his role as Vice President of Construction & Maintenance. He oversees all aspects of construction and maintenance, from developing new spaces to refreshing and improving existing environments.

Greg’s passion for the industry comes from the opportunity to create welcoming, high-quality spaces that enhance the lives of older adults. He takes pride in seeing a project come together and knowing the finished environment will serve residents, families, and team members for years to come.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys golfing, hunting, boating, and spending time with his family.
